    A specialist research agency wanted to build on its established reputation and build long term relationships with the big names in media and publishing. Internally the agency had resource, but while they didn’t lack enthusiasm they needed some help to get on target.

    Solution

    Working with the directors, we developed a compelling offer based around their latest technology tool and backed up by their compelling experience. We spent time with the research team, giving them ideas and an approach to making their sales calls.

    Outcome

    We continue to build relationships on behalf of the agency with leading FMCG, media and publishing contacts. Working with the individual researchers now feels like we are covering all bases and we are looking at a second proposition based on their ability to offer an end to end research service.

    A top 10 PR agency wanted their directors to be more involved and proactive about chasing new business and for us to refresh their outbound telephone and email skills.

    Solution

    We undertook one- to-one telephone interviews to shape a day long workshop and then further inidividual sessions to address issues ranging from confidence to proposition development and continue to offer mentoring support.

    Outcome

    The team are making more of their own new business appointments than before and are now using an informed process to hit their monthly targets.
